Rock My Soap’ opens July 6 at Broadstreet

“Rock My Soap,” a new satirical musical, opens July 6 at Broadstreet Theatre in Nevada City and continues through Aug. 25.

“Rock My Soap” features an ensemble that includes Sue LeGate in the dual roles of Colleen O’Hara and her evil twin sister, Simone, the clinical psychiatrist. Darryl Stines plays the villainous heavy and criminal mastermind Cioppino DeLira.

Alvis LeGate is Cioppino’s conniving son Lynard Otis, who is also a master of disguise and appears as a variety of other characters throughout the story. Rounding out the cast is Rebekah Martino, who plays Lynard’s fiancé Sarah O’Hara as well as the hypnotically induced murderous vamp Princess Katarina.
