February edition of the Nevada City Advocate is on the streets

This month's edition has stories on the upcoming Mardi Gras celebration, plans to remake Calanan Park, Cafe Mekka, a dip in property tax payments, Sierra Commons, the Energy Task Force, the Wild & Scenic Film Festival, Paul Emery, Faducci art, the beginning of the next election season, Nevada City Furniture and Mattresses and the NCTV telethon for the libraries.

The February edition of the Nevada City Advocate is now available on newspaper racks and businesses in Nevada City, Grass Valley and the San Juan Ridge.

The Nevada City Advocate can now be found at SPD, the post office, Bank of America, Northridge Restaurant, Port of Subs, and Trolley Junction, all in Nevada City; BriarPatch, Caroline's, the Holbrooke Hotel, Nevada County Conference and Visitors Bureau and the South Pine Street Cafe in Grass Valley; the Flour Garden and the Best Western Hotel in the Brunswick Basin; Mother Truckers on Tyler Foote Road; and at four locations in downtown North San Juan Ridge.
