Appraisers announce support for Kleinhans in Nevada County Assessor's race

Several local appraisers have voiced their enthusiastic support for Rolf
Kleinhans in his race to be our next County Assessor.
“He has an expert understanding of Nevada County Real Estate, real estate
issues in general and a clear “front-line” perspective on the concerns of
our local property owners.  He is obviously well qualified.”

Appraisal License, plus his extensive valuation experience as a Real Estate

The education and hours spent to take the California State Appraiser’s course
and the state test to obtain the Appraiser Trainee License is extensive.
