Your View: Kleinhans has the experience needed to be the next assessor

His long and varied experience in many aspects of real estate and finance, as well as business management and customer service, position him very well for the task at hand.

I’ve known Rolf Kleinhans since 1998.  We met when he was a Realtor assisting in the purchase of my home and I was a marketing executive for a software startup.

Since then, I have also become a Realtor and we have worked together over the years to make our local Association the fine organization that it is today.  As the longtime Chair of Finance, Rolf has been largely responsible for the very sound financial condition of NCAOR.

His long and varied experience in many aspects of real estate and finance, as well as business management and customer service, position him very well for the task at hand.

Our county and its taxpayers face unique challenges in these times of financial distress and a balanced approach to the interests of both will be necessary for a healthy financial future.

He has shown integrity, diligence and meticulous attention to detail in everything he has put his mind to.

As we approach the June 8 primary, Rolf has attracted the support of a wide range of community members, demonstrating the bipartisan, non-political approach that is essential to an effective execution of this office.

Please join the crowd in electing Rolf as the next Nevada County assessor.
