Peace Center to host Community Singing Event on Dec. 20

The Peace Center of Nevada County is hosting a Community Singing Event - "Singing Songs of Peace and Hope" - and Open House to celebrate its new location next to SYRCL in Nevada City.
The public is invited to come and sing traditional and popular songs of Peace and Hope with local musicians. Bring your voices, and your "Rise Up Singing Books," and new songs and words to share. 
There will be a bonfire, hot cider and refreshments.  Donations will also be collected for Hospitality House.
The date for the event is Sunday, Dec. 20, from 2 to 5 p.m.
