Community swap to be held Sunday at Nevada City Seafood warehouse
The freecycling event offers residents a cashless alternative for getting items they enjoy. Swappers bring used books, CDs, DVDs, records and magazines and shop for others free. Items that are not taken are donated to local non-profits.
The monthly community book swap will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the Nevada City Seafood warehouse, 1020 Whispering Pines in Grass Valley.

The swap is held the first Sunday of every month at the same time and location. There is plenty of parking and the event is wheelchair accessible.
